I can't believe that CARLY got the boot before JASON. I mean, Jason is okay, but CARLY?! Sure, she's a little shouty sometimes, but she has a wonderful voice. Jason, lately, has been irritating me. I missed his Memory performance, other than the brief clip shown at the end of the night and at the next night's elimination round, but it was painful for the 5 seconds I did hear. My opinion of his "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"? GAG. Then again, that is a special song for me. He ruined it.
I was scared for my favorite, Brooke, but she made it. I thought for sure she'd end up in the bottom 2. But, America decided to shut down Carly (and almost Syesha) instead .
That's okay. Like Chris Daughtry (and probably Michael Johns!), she won't have to win to go places.
I was so-so about Cook, but I was definitely amazed with his performance just because, like he said, what is more unpredictable than performing it the way it was written? And, yes, I did buy it. That's the only one I bought from ALW night.
