I need an off switch

Lately my brain is running on full speed, but filled with all sorts of crazy thoughts. I don't think it's going to crap out just yet. Hoping it will last me for a few more decades... we'll see and just keep drinking liquids.

Funny Top Ten list for David Letterman: Top Ten Surprising Facts About Sarah Palin -- it's much funnier when you watch it.

I told you I was obsessed with all this election coverage, mostly with the mocking parts. I find political snarkiness to be quite refreshing. Lets me believe that there are other "sane" people out there who think the republicans are running this country into the ground and they must be stopped. Nina said she was so desperate when Palin brought up McCain in the polls that she panicked and donated $100 to Obama. Her neighbor also panicked and is now volunteering to register people to vote.

Oh, and I will vote for incumbant mayor for one reason: curbside recycling. It's back!

My head aches.

Don't worry, I'm not just obsessing over politics. I'm also obsessing over sports (football, baseball, and volleyball). And trying to catch up with all my Bones episodes (I'm almost done). And my ever obsessive child keeps me busy with all my other free time (ha, ha).

My mood: exhausted
