Shave ice
My C-Man LOVES shave ice. Always has loved ice and smothered with colored sugar water even better. Anyway, been looking for a shave ice machine since Aunty J has one and he loves it so much. Finally found one at Walmart. It was almost $30, but I bought it anyway because I can. Haven't used it yet, good thing. Grandpa was cleaning out the closet of junk yesterday and found our ancient shave ice machine. I was small when we used to use it. And guess what? It still works, so the expensive Walmart machine goes back to the store today.
Oh, found another cheaper one at Daiei (or DonQui-whaterver) the same week. See, when it rains, it pours.
