3-year old logic
Talking on the phone to KK today, the following conversation took place:
C-Man [Drops a phone on my lap and runs into his room]: Ring, Ring
Me [talking on the phone so I ignore him and say nothing]:
C-Man: Mom! I'm calling you. Answer the phone!
Me: I'm on the other phone. You need to wait.
C-Man: Why?
Me: Because I'm talking to Auntie KK. I can't talk on 2 phones.
C-Man: Why not? You have 2 ears.
Me [laughing]: You're right, I do have 2 ears, but I can't talk to you right now.
C-Man: Why not?
Me: Because Auntie KK will be confused and she won't know if I'm talking to you or her.
C-Man: Oh.
Musson says I should have told him that I have only 1 mouth.

On Friday, Auntie M asked me if Uncle MO was bald and if he had a beard. I told her yes he does shave his head, but he doesn't have a beard. She said she wasn't sure if she believed C-Man's story. First he said that Uncle MO is bolohead. Then he said that the hair doesn't grow on his head, only on his face. Then he said that Uncle MO eats dead zebras. I assured her that he is bolohead, has no beard, and I'm almost positive that he's never eaten a dead zebra. C-Man started to argue, so I let it go. [Sigh] And people wonder why I'm so tired all the time (lack of sleep has nothing to do with it).
My mood: amused
