Ugh and stuff
It's a good thing I can't sleep anyway. I'm so full. I don't know why I keep ordering C-Man his own food, I either end up taking it home or eating it in addition to my own food. Ugh!
Just got home a little bit ago. Got stuff to do, but as usual, I am killing time on the computer. Need to clean house again. Musson just informed us that the Oscar's are this weekend. I dunno why we still do Oscar party, none of us watch movies anymore. We look at the ballots and don't even recognize half the movies listed. Guess old habits die hard.
Did it again. Every time I go to those big meetings I end up saying yes to stuff I should say no to. I am now editor of an all-branch newsletter, on a committee to write a proposal for bid for a new automated system, and contributing to the newly designed website. At least, when they asked me to go to Big Island to straighten out a branch, they realized that I have a child at home and can't commute to neighbor islands every day. That one I could say no to. No problem, of course, it was in the town that C-Man's grandma lives in... maybe I could have taken him with me? No, bad idea, I do not want to deal with personnel problems.
Trini's got the travel bug, she wants to go neighbor island. I think we are thinking of going back to Big Island anyway. I think we've been to Maui 3 trips in a row. The only advantage of Maui is that it's a really short ride. We're booking our airline tickets on Sunday for October. Yeah.
My mood: full like the moon (okay, it's not as full as yesterday) and a little chilly
